The program

Trial Reel Booking Messages, operated by KeyVisuals GmbH, doing business as Trial Reel. KeyVisuals GmbH, Mehrhaldenstrasse 2, 5415 Nussbaumen AG, Switzerland.

The program sends transactional text messages (SMS) about a call you booked with us, and only when you ticked the optional SMS box on the booking form:

• one booking confirmation that asks you to reply YES;
• a reminder about 24 hours before the call;
• a reminder about 1 hour before the call.

No marketing messages.

How often

At most about 3 to 4 messages per booking. Message frequency varies according to your bookings.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply.

Stop, start and help

• Reply STOP to opt out. You get one confirmation and no further messages.
• Reply START to resubscribe.
• Reply HELP for help, or email jamie@keyvisuals.ch.

Consent

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or booking. You can book a call without ticking the box and then get email only.

Your number

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not sold, rented, transferred or shared with third parties. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our privacy policy.
