Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• Your answers and contact details (Instagram handle, first name, email) when you request a roadmap, to send it and to prepare a call.
• Booking details (phone number, full name, time zone, the call time) when you book, to run the call and remind you of it.
• Text messages (SMS) we send you and your replies, to confirm and remind you of the call. We text you only when you ticked the optional SMS box on the booking form, and we store that consent with its time and the version of the wording. Reply STOP at any time. Your mobile number and your SMS consent are never sold, rented, transferred or used by other businesses. Twilio acts only as our service provider and processes them to deliver our messages for KeyVisuals GmbH. Details: SMS terms.
• How you use the site: pages visited, buttons used, the link or campaign that brought you, your country, and a random ID stored in your browser. We never store your IP address.
• Google Analytics runs only if you accept it in the cookie banner. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Who processes data for us

• Supabase (Zurich, Switzerland): Database for leads, bookings, messages and site events (CH)
• Vercel: Hosting of this website (US / EU)
• Google Calendar and Google Meet: Calendar invitation and video call link for booked calls (US / EU)
• Resend (Ireland region): Sending booking emails (EU / US)
• Twilio: Delivering the text messages (SMS) about a booked call, as our service provider (US)
• Google Analytics 4: Visitor statistics, only with your consent (US / EU)

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Some of these providers are based in the United States or may process data there. We rely on their contractual safeguards (standard contractual clauses or the Swiss-US / EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

How long we keep it

Booking and contact data for as long as we work together and up to 24 months after your last contact. Site usage data is anonymised after 13 months. Messages you opted out of are never sent again.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to jamie@keyvisuals.ch. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local data protection authority.
